I have saved one of my favorite shoots of 2009 as my last post of the year 
Last september I had the honor to photograph DomoAdami Wedding Gowns at the marvelous Grand Hotel des Borromees in Stresa, Italy. Thanks to my dear friends Franca and Valeria from Fiori di Miele for making this happen, and of course our gorgeous model, Eleonora Pellegrin, a true italian beauty. We hope to work with her again soon!
With the superb coordination of my dear friend Sheila Dizon from Event Solutions-SF, last saturday I photographed the wedding of Lydia and Robert. It was a very intimate affair on the tower suite of the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco, with spectacular views of the city, great food and vine, but most of all, with Lydia and Robert special friends and family.
The Fairmont was all lit up for Christmas, but I know on a regular basis, even the corridors look glamorous!

Rain is supposed to bring good luck to a bride, these are words from an italian proverb. Rain definitely brought good luck to Patricia and Chris Engagement session! In between breaks, the air wasn’t so chilly as the previous days, and the clouds gave us wonderful natural light to work with. I also found this little road inside the Stanford Campus that reminded me of New York Central Park, and it was perfect since my lovely client Patricia, reminds me of Sarah Jessica Parker, for her style and glamorous appearance. And to Patty surprise and mine, her fiance Chris was as comfortable as a pro in front of my camera.
Promoting my Destination Weddings I will be participating at LuganoSposi2010, a Bridal Show in Lugano, Switzerland on January 14th-17th. For the occasion, I created a new sample album of my recent Puerto Vallarta destination wedding. It is my first trade show ever as a vendor, I am quite excited and looking forward to the experience! On a very chilly December morning I met with one of the most delightful couples I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Elisa and Shawn were married in September 2007 and since then they have welcomed their first child, happy little boy Preston. He fearlessly wondered around the wineyards at Fogarty Winery in Woodside with his smily face.
And guess what, we made a stop at Holbrook Park, probably for the last time this year. I knew Preston would enjoy playing with the colorful leaves.
Baby Noah is growing fast.. I photographed him last July when he was about two months old and a few days ago his mom and dad wanted to remember his first Christmas with an official photo shoot Vintage Style, since Noah has recently learn to sit up on his own… at least for a few moments.. as you can see from the photo above, he’s ‘dangerously’ leaning on one side.. but how he poses his feet its just too cute!
One more couple I have loved to photograph on their wedding is welcoming their first child into this world. It’s such a treat for me to see their family grow, I am so happy for them. I photographed Nicole during her pregnancy in San Francisco this past July and I finally got to meet Avery last week, we met in Holbrook Park (yes, can’t get enough of those colorful trees this time of year) for her first Christmas family pictures.
